If fitness goal is part of your new year resolution, then Michelle Obama is here to give an extra boost in getting you steady on that gym regimen.
Michelle, wife of Barrack Obama (POTUS 44), widely known as a fitness & wellness activist tweeted her workout playlist while inspiring people to stick to their resolutions.
The former first lady’s playlist combines a couple of upbeat tracks that work well for a fast-paced work out routine and also cool down songs to wind down a gym session.

Her favorite workout music consisting of 36 songs features diverse musical genres, including Rap, Gospel, R&B, AfroFussion and a few others.
“These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts”
-Michelle
The long list of of artists on the playlist includes Lizzo, Kirk Franklin, Nipsey Hussle (late), Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Burna Boy and Beyoncé.
Its not surprising to see Beyoncé make the list as both women teamed up during the Obama administration for the campaign to promote healthy eating habits and physical activity in combating childhood obesity tagged “Let’s Move”.
The Obamas’ since leaving the White House have signed multiple endorsement deals one of which includes Spotify to share their favorite music, movies, and books.
Barack and Michelle’s social media handles are now top destination points to get amazing compilations. As Barack Obama last December also released online his Best songs of 2019.
