H.E.R. just gets better and better every time we see her live. The multi-Grammy nominated artist dropped in on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” to perform “Carried Away.”
Dressed down in spunky gear, the elusive singer-songwriter rocked the Stage 56 audience with her mellifluous cadences and impassioned musicianship.
Following her performance, the 21-year-old entertainer spoke to Corden about how she learned she was nominated for five Grammys this year. She also elaborated on her stage name, which stands for “Having Everything Revealed.” The inspiration behind her alias came after she thought she would never be that girl who experienced life-altering changes such as heartbreak.
