We would like to start off by saying a big thank you! You guys have shown us so much love over the last few playlists and it keeps us going, so shout out to you for being here. We’re taking it up a notch with URBAN Playlists, so do stick around. For this session, we give focus to bass driven Rnb tunes that can take you from bedroom jamming to straight into an alternative club.

Speaking of, if you are in Dubai anytime soon, go check out the next installment of WVY Harmony Sessions on 18 August. This event is anything but mainstream and we will definitely be there. Check out the deeds here: RSVP

Now let’s get into the music! We pay tribute to the Princess of 90’s Music, Aaliyah. On the 25th of August, it will be exactly 16 years since she passed on. Her 90’s flow is unforgettable and will always be appreciated, whether in one of her original hits or a remixed arrangement like the one we added to the playlist.

Plug in your earphones and let’s vibe.

Tammy Rivera is better known for being a reality TV star on Love & Hip Hop but she can sing too. She delivered a sultry 90’s feel RnB single called “All These Kisses” produced by Rico Love and it is really good. Love & Hip Hop has been known to be a stepping stone for other RnB and Rap artists like K Michelle and Cardi B, so we are pleased to see Tammy Rivera come through with a quality tune. We are keen to hear more from her!

It is undeniable how good Atlanta singer, Malachaie is. He is so good that we added two of his tracks to this playlist, “Minute Made” and “Bless You”.  He is one of those fluid artists that can easily deliver a soulful ballad but can also have you bopping to melodic Rnbass tracks like “Bless You”.

You just can’t help but enjoy this song with a Milly rock or two. “Magnolia”, is a breakthrough hit for rapper Playboi Carti and it could honestly be one of the top songs of 2017. With a low-end bass and muffled keyboard melodies, the listener gets drawn into this production. It’s definitely worth a replay.

If you have any tracks that you are enjoying at the moment, that we haven’t featured yet, let us know, and we might add them to the music playlist next month!

Don’t forget to shop Gold Khromo by Urban Enzo, and check back next month for a new music playlist and remember you can also keep up with our daily music updates and all things @GoldKhromo Earphones on Twitter.
